Still, the most popular should have some sort of official statement made regarding them I would say, even if it is "Linden Laboratory does / does not consider X a form of prohibited gambling, and will / will not remove it, but cannot guarantee that this is an authoritative legal statement". After all, whilst they may be unable to determine exactly whether a particular game is Wagering in the eyes of the Law, they can at least say what actions _they_ would take. Compared to other recent decrees, 'tis so. Nevertheless, I was struck by the lack of any mention of Tringo, Slingo/Zyngo/DMC, and sploders. I daresay these are the dominant Games Of Chance in our realms, and I can see no grounds for making a distinction between them and the explicitly proscribed games. (To those who would note that Tringo involves some measure of skill in addition to chance, I would point out that this doesn't suffice to keep poker off the list.)
